How does onboarding work?
Subscribe to a plan and we’ll quickly add you to your very own Trello board. This process usually takes about an hour to complete from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the invite to Trello, you’re ready to start.
Further instructions on how to use the Trello board to request features can be found on the board itself.
How do you handle large feature requests?
Larger requests are broken down on Galekt’s end. This applies to full-scale web app or mobile app features, change requests or new feature requests, etc. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every week until the entire request is done.
What tech-stacks do you work in to develop my product?
We currently use MEAN, MERN, Ionic and/or React Native for product development, which includes your web apps, mobile apps, back-end and database. We additionally use Python for implementing AI requirements into the projects.
How will I request new features or a change?
Galekt offers a ton of flexibility in how you request features using Trello. Some common ways clients request new features or changes is directly via Trello, sharing feature outlines, discussion notes, Google and Word docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom videos. Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello.
Additionally, you can also reach out to us on Teams meeting link which will also be created especially for your project (like a direct hotline).
What if I don’t like the design?
No worries! We’ll continue to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied.
Are there any requests you don’t support?
Absolutely. We do not support the following for MVP development pack: Games, 3D or animation heavy development, complex hardware or IoT integrations.
Due to the faster delivery and high-quality output, we only work with MEAN or MERN and, Ionic or React Native for mobile as our tech-stack (which you can choose from at the start of your project). Please refer to our Monthly subscription to handle specific tech-stack requirements.
We do not handle UI/UX projects but we can suggest one of our design partners for that.
Are there any refunds?
Due to the custom requirements and high–quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued past the first week of service. However, no refunds will be issued for the completed work.
What if I have one-time development need?
That’s fine. We have created the MVP Development Pack just for you. You can always return when you have additional development needs and opt for our more suitable plans that work for you.
